Great stuff as always. I really enjoy dry sherries though we can't get any very special ones here in British Coilumbia except for some basic En Rama. I confess to having mixed feelings about the wider world finding out about them as I do with Alsatian wines and German rieslings. The zillionaires got onto Burgundy and now they are collected and traded as art.
